I have more than a decade of experience producing marketing content and leading marketing creative teams that exceed expectations. I use data and testing to optimize workflows and drive continual improvement. I have experience working with small businesses, non-profits, and large consumer brands.
As you look at my portfolio, I know it doesn’t all look like BTI360! I adapt my work to the brand I’m working on, and at ThinkGeek that meant a lot of nerd humor and pop culture. If you give me the chance, I will apply my skills and creativity to produce marketing content tailored to BTI360’s unique brand DNA. I want to build on the strong foundation you already have.
Since 2001, ThinkGeek has created 6-10 fake April Fools products a year for our fans. April 1 is our biggest press and traffic day of the year (outside of Christmas). We aim for amusing, shareable products that seem just plausible enough to make people do a double take. To do this well, we have to combine an intuition for what will resonate with an awareness of cultural trends. An understanding of people is as important to creating a winner as raw creativity. I have been the product manager for some big hits in recent years: SwimDesk, Nerf Nuke, VTOL Mentos & Diet Coke Rocket, and the Hot Pocket Sleeping Bag.
